Did you ever wonder how to landscape to safeguard your home from fire? After the devastating Harmony Grove fire in 1996, this award-winning garden was created to demonstrate what kinds of plants to put where to safeguard your home from wildfires. It was designed with assistance from the San Diego County Fire Safe Council.

All the plants have name tags. By visiting this garden, you'll get good ideas to implement at home, and when fire season comes around again, you'll be glad you did.
